Job Description of Intern in Research Department Jones Lang LaSalle (仲量联行) is a Fortune 500 real estate services company based in America, with global revenue over 6 billion USD. This internship is in the Research department, collecting and analyzing data to understand the broad real estate market in Beijing. This job is an opportunity to become acquainted with real estate research methods and to get professional exposure in an international real estate services provider. This is an important project to help many of our company’s departments in Beijing, and the internship has real responsibilities, which will make a good addition to your CV. For this reason, we require dedicated interns with attention to detail and a positive attitude. Accuracy of data is important. This position involves tracking the tenants in many buildings in Beijing, so familiarity with the city and a certain level of fitness will be a bonus. Due to visa and employment rules, we can only accept Chinese students for this position. The job responsibilities include: 1. Fieldwork: collect tenant information within the top malls and office buildings in Beijing and record the changes. 2. Office work: processing and inputting the tenant information into our database, analyze the results and changes from last year’s results. 3. Any ad-hoc requests such as online searching for information.
